I used to have very painful periods and PMS symptoms throughout the month. After quitting the pill everything became worse as it was only masking the symptoms I had. As I started to take better care of my body and respect its need it slowly started to get better. We treat it like it belongs to us, this machine we command around to do our bidding, but it’s not supposed to be that way.

I was still in pain when I started my Moonpaintings (I refer to them as Moonpaintings as I currently sync with the full moon and wolves have been a recurring theme in my work so it seems fitting) but as I got more in touch with my body the symptoms started to disappear
